Our StoryA partita is a suite of dances. Each dance is unique, engaging in its own right, and yet together they form something greater than the sum of their parts. A dinner, we think, works the same way.
Partita was born from a love of two community-driven arts: food and music. Our founder Hannah spent years in the practice room, meditating with Bach. The similarities to a well-designed meal are undeniable. Each brings shape, progression, beauty. Raised by a mother who approached every ingredient with intention — sourcing thoughtfully, cooking sustainably, planning a meal carefully — Hannah is honored to carry that spirit to our communal table.
Join us. Each dinner is a series of courses, and each course arrives with its own intimate and holistic musical pairing. The food and the music don't merely coexist; they speak to each other. The chefs and musicians work in partnership to create an intentional program. By the end of the evening, you leave feeling full— body and soul.
Residing in Brooklyn, Hannah Santisi is a violist equally at home on the concert stage and in unconventional spaces. Trained at Oberlin College and Conservatory's double degree program, she holds degrees in both viola performance and sociology.
Hannah has performed on some of the most iconic stages in the world, including Carnegie Hall, Symphony Hall in Chicago, New York's Bowery Ballroom, and Ed Sullivan Theater (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert). Her international work has taken her to Australia and Europe. She regularly performs alongside classical musicians, and has collaborated with artists like Maggie Rogers, Adam Green, and Tom Rathe.
Off the stage, Hannah channels that same spirit into her dinner popup series, an ongoing project that pairs an intimate multi-course meal with live musical performance at each course. Equal parts culinary experience and concert, the series reflects her commitment to creating genuine human connection through art and food in one holistic event.
